In addition to her role with Cayuga Cascade, Dockery is an Assistant Coach at Cornell University, where she has been part of the Big Red coaching staff since 2024. In her first season on East Hill, she helped guide Cornell to a 14-10 overall record and 8-6 Ivy League finish, the program’s best season since 2019, earning a berth in the Ivy League Tournament for the first time since its creation in 2022. That same year, the staff was recognized as the Ivy League Coaching Staff of the Year (2024).

Before joining Cornell, Dockery served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of South Alabama (2018), where she contributed to the development of a Second-Team All-Sun Belt Conference selection and gained early experience mentoring Division I student-athletes.

As a player, Dockery had a distinguished collegiate career at the University of Kansas (2012–15). She earned Big 12 All-Freshman Team (2012) and All-Big 12 Honorable Mention (2014) honors while helping lead the Jayhawks to their historic NCAA Final Four appearance in 2015. Following her college career, Dockery competed professionally across three countries; Puerto Rico (2016), Sweden (2016–17), and Switzerland (2017–18), gaining valuable international experience and perspective on the game.

In college Tiana was selected to be a representative for the Big 12 Leadership Conference. They were 30-3 Tiana’s senior year in college and hold the best record in program history along with being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Tiana continued her professional career after Switzerland where she was top scorer and ranked overall second in points in the league. In Finland 2018-2019 where Tiana’s team won the Finnish championship. She then moved to play in Thailand 2019-2020, but the season was cut short due to the pandemic. In Dockery’s international play, she finished top three for each team she played for.
