cayuga cascade 2025-2026 season
The Cayuga Cascade is a competitive volleyball club based in Lansing, N.Y. The Cascade attends regional tournaments located near or in the Albany, Rochester and Syracuse areas. We provide weekly practices to encourage athletic development from December to April. All practices are held at the Courthouse Volleyball Club, located at 8 Verizon Lane, Lansing, NY 14882.
The Cascade is part of the in Excelsior Empire Regional Volleyball Association, where we compete in tournaments for all ages. To learn how the age brackets are determined, please use the following guidelines. The fee for the 2025-2026 season will be $520. This does not include tournament fees or the mandatory USAV/Excelsior Region Membership Fees of $70.

Please complete the USA Volleyball Acknowledgement of SafeSport and MAAPP and email it to info@cayugacascade.com.
Please provide payment for your Cayuga Cascade season and tournaments.
Before our first tournament, be sure to Register for your USAV/Excelsior membership. Every player must be an active USAV/Excelsior junior member in Sports Engine. Sports Engine has a $70 fee. Each parent needs to create an account and then register their player for the Cayuga Cascade. Athletes need to have their own account under their parents as account holders. You only have to pay for athletes' membership. You will add a child after you become the account holder. Please register ASAP, as the players have training to complete by the end of January. Please register for the full season, not league.
