Cayuga Cascade issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
Is cancelled by Cayuga Cascade.
One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed.
Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at lisa@cayugacascade.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
If issued, Cayuga Cascade will take up to 10 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account.
Cayuga Cascade utilizes an eco-friendly company, and as part of their reduced waste policy they opt to use a print on demand model for certain items. As such, they do not offer exchanges for sizes. Please check the sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around or speak to our friendly team who are always happy to offer advice on sizing.
