The Cayuga Cascade

• Is dedicated to providing and expanding high-level volleyball training in the Finger Lakes region.

• Has developed strong connections with university coaches and players who help support our ever-growing pool of staff, keeping our training current, exciting, and future-focused.

• Believes in attending regional tournaments in the upstate area to keep travel to a minimum, but competition at a maximum.

• Provides 2x-weekly practices to support athletic development from November to April. 

• Pioneered our own, new practice facility at the Courthouse Volleyball Club, located at 8 Verizon Lane, Lansing, NY. 

• Is a part of the Excelsior Empire Regional Volleyball Association

To learn how age brackets are determined, please use the following guidelines. The all inclusive fee for the 2026-2027 season is expected to range from $1100-$1400. Exact costs will be determined at the start of the season. This is an estimate only for planning purposes.
